Privacy Policy

1. Core Principles

• Conversation and project data stored locally by default: Session records, workspace configurations, Provider settings, and similar data are primarily stored in the local database on your device and are not uploaded to SpectrAI's cloud as "cloud chat history" by default.
• Account used for authentication and subscription verification: After login, the cloud primarily handles identity, subscription status, built-in credits, and other operationally necessary data — not the full content of your conversations.

2. Information We May Process

• Account information: Email address, password hash, display name, and other fields required for registration and login.
• Login and session credentials: Login tokens and refresh status; used to maintain login state and verify subscription entitlements.
• Subscription and order status: Current plan tier, expiry date, redemption/activation results, built-in AI credit balance, etc.
• Necessary device and runtime information: Client version, operating system type, device identifiers required for remote-control binding, etc.; used for compatibility, security, and feature activation.
• Content you actively submit: Such as feedback, bug reports, and contact details.

3. Built-in AI Credits and Third-Party Models

When you use SpectrAI's built-in Provider or other model capabilities routed through our service, the content of your requests (prompts, necessary context, etc.) is forwarded to the respective model service as directed by your actions, in order to generate a response. When using a Provider with your own API Key or a local CLI, the request path is determined solely by that Provider; SpectrAI does not supersede its privacy policy.

We do not batch-upload your local conversation database for training purposes; model calls occur only on request paths that you actively initiate.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

• Website: Cookies or local storage may be used for login state (e.g. feedback center), download counters, and interface preferences.
• Desktop / Mobile client: A local database and local configuration files are used to store sessions, settings, and credentials. This is application-required local storage, not advertising tracking cookies.

5. Purpose of Use and Sharing

Use is limited to: providing and improving product features; account and subscription services; security and anti-abuse measures; customer support and after-sales service; and compliance with laws and regulations. We do not sell your personal information. We may share the minimum information necessary to complete the service with partners providing infrastructure, payment channels (third-party stores such as 链动小铺), and model providers, and require them to protect data as agreed.

6. Your Rights and Data Control

You may manage local data within the client (clearing sessions, uninstalling the application, etc.). For account-related questions or account deletion requests, please contact us via the feedback channel; we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
